Valkea Lodge has 15 cozy log cabins with two accommodation units in each. Every cabin apartment has one bedroom, a living room with fireplace, kitchenette, private bathroom and space for up to four guests. Built from red pine and surrounded by forest, they are made for quiet, comfortable stays close to nature. 

The Sauna Suites offer the same warm red-pine interiors and generous cabin layout, with the added comfort of a private sauna, terrace and massaging beds. A relaxing place to slow down and enjoy your own space after a day outdoors. 

Valkea Restaurant serves homemade food and local specialities from Lapland and the Torne Valley, with local ingredients used whenever possible. The pinewood interior, fireplace and warm atmosphere make it a natural place to gather around the table. 

Settle into the warm pinewood surroundings, enjoy the fire and let the pace of the day slow down. The lounge is a relaxed place to spend time together between meals and adventures. 

At Valkea, the outdoors is never far away. Head into the forest on husky adventures, snowshoe walks, skis or snowmobiles in winter, or explore the surrounding trails, lakes and rivers by foot, bike, canoe or fishing rod in summer.  

Our separate meeting space accommodates around 40 guests and combines everything needed for a meeting or seminar with a warm pinewood interior, fireplace and a large terrace overlooking Lake Valkeajärvi. A peaceful setting for meetings, workshops, retreats and yoga.
