Come and
work with us

Explore the North is built on people, places and the way we take care of both.

Across our lodges in Swedish and Finnish Lapland, every role is part of the guest experience. Some work outdoors, some in the kitchen, some at reception and some behind the scenes, but we all contribute to the same thing: making people feel welcome, safe and genuinely looked after.
We believe good hospitality starts with a good team. That means helping each other, taking pride in the everyday details and creating a workplace where people can feel part of something meaningful.

It is the same spirit behind the words we have carried with us from the beginning: come as a guest and leave as a friend.
