Lapland View Lodge

Welcome to
Lapland View Lodge

High above the Torne River Valley

Welcome to Lapland View Lodge, perched high on Luppioberget in Swedish Lapland, close to the Finnish border and overlooking the Torne River Valley. Designed as a true landscape hotel, the lodge opens towards wide northern views, with forests, fells and the valley stretching out below in every season.

Stay in one of 40 modern hotel cabins, many with panoramic views through large windows that bring the surrounding landscape right into the room. At the heart of the lodge, the restaurant, bar and fireside lounge look out across the valley, while the spa is built into the rocky hillside, creating a peaceful place to unwind after a day outdoors. Winter brings husky tours, snowmobile safaris and Northern Lights above the snowy valley, while summer opens the landscape for hiking, canoeing and long evenings beneath the midnight sun. With its hilltop setting, sweeping views and easy access to both Sweden and Finland, Lapland View Lodge offers a distinctive way to stay in Northern Sweden and experience the Torne River Valley from above.

Cabins

Panoramic views from your own cabin

Our 13 Cabins feature impressive panoramic windows that bring the forest and surrounding landscape right into the room. Each cabin includes a double bed, private bathroom, seating area, small fridge and kettle. The views are beautiful from every cabin, with trees forming a natural part of the scenery and creating a close connection to the landscape of Luppioberget.

premium Cabins

An open view across the Torneå River Valley

Our 19 Premium Cabins offer the same comfortable layout and panoramic windows, with an even more open and uninterrupted outlook across the Torne River Valley. From high on Luppioberget, the landscape stretches far into the distance, changing from snowy forests and dark winter skies to endless summer light and autumn colours.

Family Cabins

Panoramic cabin stays for the whole family

Our three Family Cabins combine space for two adults and two children with large panoramic windows overlooking the surrounding landscape. Each cabin has a double bed, bunk bed suitable for two children up to 12 years old, private bathroom, seating area, small fridge and kettle. With the forest just outside the windows, the cabins offer a comfortable and relaxed place for families to enjoy Lapland together.

premium Family Cabins

More open views for family stays

Our five Premium Family Cabins offer the same family-friendly layout with a more open and uninterrupted view across the Torne River Valley. Large panoramic windows make the landscape part of the stay, while a double bed, bunk bed for two children, private bathroom and seating area provide plenty of comfort for the whole family.

Reception & Lounge

A warm place to arrive and unwind

The reception building is also home to our cozy fireside lounge, a relaxed place to settle in after a day outdoors, enjoy the views and spend time together. During spring and autumn, the lounge can also be used as an intimate meeting and conference space.

Restaurant & Bar

Fine dining with the flavours of Lapland

Our 120-seat panoramic restaurant combines wide views across the Torne River Valley with a refined dining experience inspired by the North. The kitchen works with local flavours and carefully selected ingredients from Lapland, creating thoughtful dishes that reflect the region in a modern way. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in a warm, relaxed setting, while the bar and terrace invite you to stay a little longer and enjoy the landscape.

Sauna & relax

A landscape spa built into the mountain

Carved into the rocky hillside of Luppioberget, our Sauna & Relax area is designed around the landscape outside. Warm up in the sauna, settle in by the fireplace or step into one of the two outdoor jacuzzis overlooking the Torne River Valley. In summer, the view is filled with long evening light and the midnight sun. In winter, the same landscape turns dark and still, with the chance to watch the Northern Lights above the valley.

Activity Corner

Your adventures start here

Many of our guided activities begin at the Activity Corner and nearby husky kennel. This is where you can meet the team, get ready for the day and collect the warm clothing and equipment you need before heading out into Lapland.

EV Chargers

Easy charging during your stay

Four Type 2 EV chargers are available at Lapland View Lodge, making it easy to recharge your car while you relax, dine or stay overnight.
